Typically putting all of your sales reps names + cofounders + senior executives is good practice. The total has to add up to the mailbox total (typically 100).

Attach the profile pictures of the people you mentioned above, to be used for the inboxes in a Google Drive. If uploading multiple pictures, name the files according to the person.
